Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. 7-Day Replacement Guarantee

We take pride in our commercial-grade microfiber and ergonomic cleaning tools. If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, defective, or missing items:

• Notify us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp (+91 86009 95141) or email (support@cleana.life).
• Provide your Order ID (e.g. CLN-2026-XXXXX) and a quick photo/video of the affected item.
• We will dispatch a fresh replacement from our Pune hub within 24 hours at zero extra charge.

2. Refund Process & Timelines

If a replacement is unavailable or you request a monetary refund:

• Prepaid Orders (UPI / Cards): Refund will be credited back to your original payment source within 3–5 business days from approval.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds are transferred directly to your bank account via instant UPI or NEFT upon providing your details.

3. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been marked as Dispatched / Out for Delivery from our Pune center. Once a courier rider has picked up the order, cancellation is processed as a standard return upon doorstep delivery.
