1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from cleana.life, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable Indian laws. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products, Pricing & Accuracy

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR, ₹) and include applicable GST. We reserve the right to correct typographical pricing errors before order fulfillment. If a pricing error occurs, we will notify you before dispatch to confirm or cancel the order.

3. Orders & Cancellation by CLEANA

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:

• Stock becomes physically unavailable due to unexpected damage during warehouse sorting.
• A Cash on Delivery (COD) order cannot be verified via mobile OTP or phone call.
• The provided delivery address or pincode is unserviceable.

4. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising out of your purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
